Customer Experience Clerk (Valet) Full Time

Located in the heart of Old Montreal, at the foot of the Notre-Dame Basilica, the Place d’Armes Hotel is a boutique hotel with a contemporary and classic decor. It offers 2 restaurants, the Brasserie 701 and the Kyo Bar Japonais.

Essential job functions:

• Greet our guests and park their cars.
• Support our restaurants by performing deliveries and inter-facility services.
• Support our restaurants with room service (delivery, pick-up and dishwashing).
• Routinely disinfect contact surfaces in public areas.
• Answer guest questions and explain hotel services;
• Provide attentive and personalized service at all times;
• Perform all other duties required to ensure a quality guest experience during their stay at the hotel.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• At least one year experience in a customer service position.
• Bilingualism essential.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to drive a vehicle with manual or automatic transmission.
• Smiling and dynamic.
• Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• College diploma in tourism or hotel management (asset).
• Available full time.
