Inspired by American bistros and steakhouses and Montreal vibrant culinary scene, Maggie Oakes is a modern grill seating 180 people and putting local vegetables to the storefront of its cuisine. The restaurant is equipped with an impressive dry-aging meat cooler, a glass wine cellar with an inspiring selection as well as a plant wall lined with fresh herbs and shoots.
The maître d’hôtel is responsible for the operation of the dining room, service management and customer service. He will also be responsible for managing the bar. In addition, he will be responsible for training and supervising the members of the service team, as well as ensuring proper maintenance of the spaces and equipment of the restaurant. This position reports to the general manager.
