Haven of peace and well-being in the heart of Old Montreal, the Spa William Gray, opened in 2017, is located inside the historical building of Hôtel William Gray. Offering a variety of refined treatments and ten treatment cabins, two of which can accommodate duo treatments, this spa is the first in Canada to offer high end Ghaneri equipment, including the unique massage bed with warm quartz. Frequented by both hotel guests and Montrealers, Spa William Gray distinguishes itself with its thermal circuit, including a halotherapy room, a finnish sauna, a vapor room, experience showers, a cold room, a herbal infused sauna and a seasonal outdoor pool.
The receptionist greets clients who come to the spa and ensures that they are care is taken care of in a proper manner. He answers the phone and takes messages in addition to making appointments for the care provided by the establishment. He also performs various administrative tasks to support the director of the spa in her work.
Qualifications and required skills:
- Experience in a similar position (ideally in a spa or similar facility);
- Sense of responsibility, takes initiatives and has a great deal of autonomy;
- Ability to solve problems and make decisions;
- Excellent sense of organization;
- Superior customer service skills;
- Warm approach adapted to the context of a spa;
- Neat presentation;
- Bilingual English and French, both oral and written;
- Knowledge and ease of using various computer systems
