The receptionist greets clients who come to the spa and ensures that their care is taken care of properly.
His/her mission is to anticipate the expectations of each guest in order to offer the most personalized service. He/She will have to inform the client about our care and products that will fully meet their needs, both on the phone, in person and by email.
He/She is the pillar of the day thanks to his sense of teamwork as well as his organizational tasks, which as a whole will ensure the smooth running of the day.
He will also have to perform certain administrative tasks related to this function, which vary according to the workload and the work periods.
