The receptionist greets clients who come to the spa and ensures that their care is taken care of properly.
His/her mission is to anticipate the expectations of each guest in order to offer the most personalized service. He/She will have to inform the client about our care and products that will fully meet their needs, both on the phone, in person and by email.
He/She is the pillar of the day thanks to his sense of teamwork as well as his organizational tasks, which as a whole will ensure the smooth running of the day.
He/She will also have to perform certain administrative tasks related to this function, which vary according to the workload and the work periods.
