As Director of the Terrace, you are responsible for managing a unique time of the year, a seasonal high-rise restaurant service that is appreciated by the Montreal community and its visitors. Your role will include achieving the restaurant’s financial goals, customer satisfaction, and managing and mobilizing staff. You will be a leading player in a rapidly evolving business. Thanks to your high work ethic, your passion for hospitality and your restaurant know-how, you will ensure that the Terrace continues to progress and maintain its position at the top of the pack in Montreal.
You will be responsible for the planning, organization, management and operation of the terrace to ensure its efficiency and profitability. You will also act as a guide to lead the team to surpass the excellence of the customer experience while controlling operating costs. The chosen person will have a leading role to play in the development and launch of the Terrace for the summer season.
